We have been consistently implementing the generally applicable measures, such as keeping your distance and wearing mouth and nose protection, since the beginning of the pandemic. We always carry out visits as individual appointments.
We offer various other options for those interested in avoiding personal contact. This includes the virtual 360° tour, detailed telephone advice and video conferences.
In order to protect tenants, interested parties and ourselves, we are currently conducting limited visits to apartments that are to be sold as capital investments. We are still happy to offer visits to vacant apartments in compliance with all hygiene regulations.
