We offer you a nice 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of the side wing of an old building from the turn of the century. The apartment has a living area of approx. 51 sqm and is divided into corridor, 2 rooms (one of them with access to the loggia), kitchen with a window as well as shower bath, also with window. During the refurbishment, the following work was carried out in the apartment:

Complete renewal of the electrical system, reworking of the floor flooring, sanitary objects and tiles in the bathroom have been renewed, walls and ceilings were smoothly plastered and painted white, the window to the courtyard has been replaced by a new one and the kitchen wall to the corridor has been removed.
