Here are 5 different types of flats for offer. All have two bedrooms, a bathroom with or without a bathtub and a combined kitchen/family room (which is quite unusual in Germany). The penthouses are larger and the balconies stretch all around the building.It will be possible to buy two or three flats and combine them into 6 or even 9 rooms with a total area of 225 m². The selection of materials is based on quality and durability. At the same time, maintenance will be kept at a minimum. So the windows do not need outside paint. Inside, there are solid (not laminated) wooden floors, except in the bathrooms which have tiled floors. The flats have central heating with natural gas. Doors inside are straight and painted white.
