Four yoo styles have been selected from yoo inspired by Starck design palettes: Classic, Culture, Minimal and Nature.

Pied-à-terre
A fashionable yoo berlin Pied-à-terre in the heart of Mitte with exclusive use of on-site amenities creates the perfect place to begin your own love affair with Berlin. Whether for a spontaneous weekend or year-round lifestyle, these 65 -110 m² one bedroom flats are designed for luxurious efficiency and pleasure.

Atrium Pied-à-terre flats
Atrium Pied-à-terre flats tweak the superior one bedroom Pied-à-terre floor plan by positioning the Master Bedroom opening to the open air atrium. A dramatic entrance hall and a surplus of storage area make these flats ideal for homeowners who like to travel light.

Master Suite
Master Suite two bedroom layouts feature oversized living, dining and entertainment areas to match expectations and needs of owners with families or frequent overnight guests. Loggias, balconies and terraces allow creation of in-door/out-door atmospheres regardless of the season.
