Renovation projects

This four-storey cornerhouse from the Wilhelminian era is being thoroughly renovated. The side wing is being newly erected and the roof storey is being developed to three exclusive apartments. Altogether, there will be 32 apartments ranging in size between 48.31 m² and 168.35 m².
This object is probably one of the last projects in Berlin which are subsidized by tax cuts for the renovation efforts by the Senate of Berlin.
The cornerhouse is being renovated with love for detail and emphasis on the historic substance so that the charme of the old is combined with all requirements of modern living.
Here, modern living and a great neighbourhood meet!

Object description:
- All apartments above ground floor will be equipped with balconies or terraces, ground floor apartments get a garden share. The original balconies facing the street will be reconstructed.
- One- or two-wing wooden windows replace the old windows
- Floors in bathrooms and kitchens will be tiled
- Floors in living space will be equipped with parquet, stucco elements will be attached to the ceilings
- There will be a cost-effective gas central heating
- Elevator and bicycle storage will be constructed
- The backyard will be newly designed

Location:
In the middle of the scene district and yet in the green – here, lots of life meets sophisticated living. Being placed in a quieter corner of Friedrichshain, bars, cinemas and shopping possibilities are only a short walk away, public transport (subway and urban railway, tram and bus) is also well available.

This object is expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2010.
