Renovation projects

Prenzlauer Allee 88 shows itself now with a white facade, white wooden windows and a black roof. The object consists of a front building, a side wing and two rear buildings.

When entering through the impressive smithered iron gate, you find yourself in a classic Berlin stairwell with black and white tiles and stucco on the walls.

The apartments here are ranging from 37m² to 113m², all completely renovated. When entering one of the apartment, one immediately notices that they are well planned by the architect with lots of scandinavian influence and aesthetics in mind. All walls and ceilings are white, and the original planked floor was completely refurbished. The stucco profiles on the ceiling are well-kept and have been replaced wherever necessary.

The object also contains a parking garage for ten smaller cars. A parking place is available for 17.500€.
