Renovation projects

This Wilhelminian-era ensemble was built at the end of the 19th century in a classical construction manner. Now, it is being renovated with lots of love for detail.
The five-storey building consists of a front house, two side wings and a rear building. 34 apartments in sizes between 35 m² and 131 m² are being constructed, most of which are equipped with either a balcony or a terrace. In addition, three light-flooded and spacious roof storey apartments with attractive floor plans are being developed.

Object description:
- Features are high-grade – like oak parquet and new, easy-to-maintain doors and windows fitting the house’s style
- Bathrooms are equipped with granite floor. Depending on size, bathtubs and/or separate showers will be installed. Most bathrooms are equipped with plumbing for washing machines.

Location:
Here, quiet living on Prenzlauer Berg is still possible. In spite of the proximity to the bars and restaurants, the sights and attractions and the great places you can live here in quietness. Local supplies like the bakery around the corner or small shops are very comfortable. For bigger shopping, there is a shopping mall in walking distance. Families are also very well taken care of in this neighborhood with its kindergartens, schools and leisure offerings like multiple parks, the Zeiss planetarium, a swimming pool and the WABE, the biggest communal culture facility in Berlin with lots of offerings all the way from theatre to rock concerts.
