The building in Krossener Straße consist of fronthouse and sidewing in classical 1900-style. The building is a refurbishment project where quality and aesthetics are dominant. The facades og windows will be painted white in beautiful contrast to the black roof and anthracite colored balconys and the fronthouse apartments will be accessible through an elevator.

The 17 apartments in the house varies in size from 55m2 to 182m2 and the apartments will be completely renovated. All apartments will be painted white and the original stucco will preserved where possible. The original wooden floors will also be renovated or exchanged where necessary. Krossener Str. is next to the popular Boxhagener Platz which by many is considered the heart of Friedrichshain. Over the weekends the square is the center of one of Berlins most popular and cosy fleemarkets.

Bus, Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are all in accessible in short distance and in no time you will be standing in Berlin-Mitte and Alexanderplatz.
