This investment property in the Eberty street is located in a small side street in Friedrichshain and is constructed on a 870m² large site. The five-story apartment-building consists of a front house, a side and a back complex. There are 31 apartments and one additional commercial unit. The property was modernized during 1993/1994 in some parts.
